Sourcing Lead Electrical Engineers for Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Min 10-12 years’ experience with an Electrical Engineering degree and registered with a Professional Electrical Engineering Institution.
• Data center experience, Uptime, ATD, TIA certification are a plus.
• Min 5 yrs experience as Electrical lead for design & supervision teams.
• Experienced preparing client/project proposals.
• Knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk & claim assessment.
• Client relationship management & representation at new project interviews.
Responsibilities:
• Client POC on projects responsible for job profitability, job cash flow, project quality.
• Early stage option analysis, strategy setting, critical review of client briefs to develop optimum design solutions at early project stages.
• Agree design philosophy, conduct option studies, prepare technical notes, design reports & calculations, and review design & supervision docs.
• Procure project resources, plan projects with all stakeholders.
• Manage team resources, involvement in training, development of electrical Digital Design strategies optimization within BIM environment.
