Assistant Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
We have an “Exciting Opportunity” for an Assistant Project Manager for our Liwa Team based in Abu Dhabi. You will be part of our Real Estate and Development team coordinating and managing projects for new store openings and manage and control various program operation requested by Project Manager in execution of project.

Duties and responsibilities:

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Good knowledge of CIVIL/ Joinery work and MEP works.
BOQ/Tendering Estimation and Budget preparation.
Coordinate with the Mall Management in order to manage the Site condition and proper organized Site Execution.

المهارات
Must Have:

Knowledge of local authority’s approval process.
Strong knowledge and experience with AutoCAD / MS Office and project.
UAE Driving License.
Knowledge and experience of maintenance work required for retail stores.
Ready to travel to other GCC countries.
Experience and knowledge of how to prepare documentation for Audit.
Educational qualification: Engineering graduate (Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/Architect).
4 to 5 years in Retail company or Mall retail delivery team
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
