• Ensure that all activities relating to the project are properly planned and that the plans and responsibilities therein are passed to and understood by all concerned parties.
• Strong leadership skills including an ability to drive a team’s performance
• Managing Projects from inception through to completion evaluating resources utilization and justifying any deviations.
• Organizing kick-off meetings with clients and personnel
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from Sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer to determine project schedule by studying project scope and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Able to drive projects independently to completion by reaching quickly to the project issues, providing on-site solutions, directly managing front-line workers innovating solutions and liasing with the project team members and company managers to secure any resources that are necessary to push the project forward
