Responsibilities:

Establish program wide logistics requirements and ensures that Contractors’ logistic plans are in compliance with the overall programme plan.
Works closely with other project staff to ensure that site logistics is efficiently arranged to support required production targets.
Liaises with external Authorities over the provision of temporary facilities, e.g. temporary electricity supply, telecoms supply etc.
Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work.

المهارات
Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a construction related field
Minimum of 15 years of related work experience in construction supervision projects, with 5 years experience in the UAE.
Ability to direct and manage team members with day to day activities as well as special projects to assure timely completion.
Proficiency in analyzing situations in business terms, i.e. ROI, cost per unit, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with other stakeholders in a tactful and effective manner.
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical, problem solving, and risk assessment skills.
Arabic speaker preferred.
