Ensure the highest standard of work and efficiency in detailing, polishing, ceramic coats
To know the stages with polishing needs according to the condition of the surface
To remove small damages as well as scratches on top of cars to give them a new look
To remove the minor scratches from the vehicle surface
Ensure that work is completed to the highest possible standard, and within agreed timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
Repairs or replaces machine parts to maintain the machine in operational condition.
Reads work order to determine parts to be buffed or polished
المهارات
Must have completed basic education
Experience in German / European brand vehicles
Previous / current polishing experience in a reputable dealership / workshop
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a major automotive dealership as a Polisher
Having good knowledge on all car care and polishing products and its application
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
Strong team player, with the ability to provide excellent standard of work consistently
Willing to learn and improve every single day
