Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager is responsible for coordinating the administration of all the company’s HR policies and procedures. This includes compensation and benefits, employee relations, internal communication, performance management, training, retention and recruitment strategy, general administration and overall legal compliance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures compliance with the UAE Labor Laws;
Directs the legality of all employees (i.e., work visas and renewals);
Oversee the administration of HR and Admin strategy and plan as well as programs, and services to support business developments and objectives;
Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR implementation of policy and procedures;
Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals;
Direct and supervise recruitment and manpower levels;
Manages the office and space planning;
Develops and recommends performance management and improvement systems;
Manage employee payroll and in the administration of employee benefits;
Ensures all communication on HR and office matters are sent to all employees;
Provides senior management with HR reports and other research or reportorial requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field; 6-10 years relevant HR generalist experience.
Performs other In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent leadership/decision making, and follow up skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
