Position Title: Multi-outlet Café Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A well-known specialty coffee shop with multiple outlets in the region.
Job Description:
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training
Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 38 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in hospitality or any relevant certifications
At least 3 years of experience in managing multi-outlets of specialty coffee shop
Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own car
