الوصف الوظيفي Support the development of non-fresh product quality specifications, supervise communication of quality requirements with other departments to select appropriate suppliers, ensure compliance to quality standards along the client value chain for non-fresh food and lead quality inspections of purchased products as well as storage and transportation conditions while ensuring proper actions are taken as required. Stock Management in terms of quality and food safety: • Management of all NF (non fresh) strategic and non-strategic stocks in terms of quality and food safety throughout the value chain: a. Procurement: Food safety and quality to be built into all purchase agreements including requirement to meet client product specifications; b. Receival: all items received are inspected to ensure meet the Client specifications and regulatory requirements; c. Monitoring in storage: all product in storage is monitored for infestation, quality deterioration or other factor that might affect safety or suitability for sale; d.
