Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Managing and organizing daily restaurant operations, setting customer service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsible for FOH & BOH personnel management and training and organizing shift schedules
Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems are resolved
Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
المهارات
Qualifications:
45 years old and below
At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant and 2 years of which is in the UAE as a Store Incharge
Open to be assigned in different outlets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah
Must be willing to attend interviews in Abu Dhabi
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
