Inbound/Outbound management
Setup Inbound tracker and regular monitoring of order receipts.
Pre-creation of POs from Flat File & liaise with Logistics team for timely in-warding of shipments and ASN creation
Monitor stock discrepancy i.e., excess/shortages in shipments and accordingly raise POS
Taking care of allocation at store and market level
Doing consolidation on regular basis
Work closely with Senior Planner to ensure accuracy of hierarchy mapping
Work closely with IT team for accurate item registration
Monitor stock movement time lines for Launches & replenishments from WH.
Monitor outbound orders and ensure orders are delivered on time to all locations; identify short/mis-deliveries and liaise with logistics team to ensure necessary actions
Reporting
Assist with preparation of weekly trade reports
Generate regular sell thru updates – in season merchandise and SALE
Work closely with Snr Planners to implement promotions timely for all territories
Regular monitoring of Best Sellers and their DC stock levels to ensure replenishment is pushed to the right locations
Generate regular statement of receipts by region vs LY per category/territory and evaluate cost/qty fluctuations – highlight the same to team
Product Files, Flat Files, Comp Impact Reports on weekly basis
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in a retail related subject preferred.
Minimum of 2-3years of industry experience is preferred.
