Job Description:
• Open to work on 24/7 shifts
• Hands on experience on Server OS installation and provisioning
• Troubleshooting Windows User issues
• Configuring end user desktops and laptops
• Diagnosing Email and Exchange connectivity issues
• Provisioning mailbox, creating mail-flow rules and diagnosing on Office 365 and On-Prem exchange
• Monitoring server/network/datacenter components and escalating to the team - next level
• Keeping track of all activities performed
• Experience with M365 apps installation and configuration
• Diagnosing mail delivery issues
• Strong basic knowledge in networking - L1 troubleshooting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge and hands-on with installation and patching of application and OS.
