Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the capacity of Outlet Supervisor
Preferably with experience in 5 star hotel or high – end F & B establishment and HACCP certificate is a plus
Ability to develop business proactively.
To drive financial / customer satisfaction / product quality and service delivery goals.
Supervise outlet beverage inventory and to ensure no opportunity for pilferage.
Supervise team’s performance effectively and efficiently.
Train and develop team’s knowledge.
Build customer rapport and database.
Ensure all company’s SOPs are strictly adhered to.
Dynamic and enthusiastic personality, willing to go extra mile to provide excellent service everyday.
Able to work flexible hours required, sometimes long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Should be willing to relocate anywhere in UAE
Visit visa with previous working experience in UAE would be given preference.
