الوصف الوظيفي This role will report directly to the CEO and will have the following responsibilities: ⦁ Training manager will work as a part of a team of professionals, delivering training & development consultancy to different institutions, employees, as well as resourcing services to a designated client group. ⦁ Assesses, designs and delivers training courses. identifying opportunities for partnering with key stakeholders to support the institute’s strategic objectives. ⦁ facilitate, recommend and organize training courses ⦁ The emphasis as well is to review and enhance the current Training need process, services and programs, introduce market best practices for Training and Development, and introducing new initiatives ⦁ Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are set and are met ⦁ Ensuring new business/sales activities secure additional funding and commercial finance in line with strategic aims ⦁ Ensuring marketing activities support the securing of new business, the engagement of learners, raising brand awareness and driving public relations ⦁ Reviewing operating processes and procedures to ascertain if they are successful and if not, devise alternatives ⦁ Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training and development in line with the company succession plan and training matrix ⦁ Driving the business to increase profits المهارات ⦁ Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Training at a Professional level, or equivalent combination of experience, education and skills. ⦁ Must have been involved in managing sales/business development and operation of a training consultancy or any other learning or educational institutions ⦁ has experience in education consultancy and has been able to complete various projects, whether it is in training for institutes or corporations, curriculum creation and implementation, among other projects. ⦁ need to have the knowledge of how to secure the contracts, whether it would be through tenders or relationships that have been forged throughout their career. ⦁ need to have experience in the educational sector in the UAE as well as in the wider GCC region ⦁ An enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude eager and fast learner with a keen and open mind to learning ⦁ Collaborative communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele. ⦁ Creative & analytical thinker: ability to develop visually appealing training materials (info-graphic presentations, workflows, department process, graphs etc.) ⦁ Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and platforms, MS office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel. ⦁ Advanced knowledge of concepts and approaches related to training systems for specialties تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/training-and-development-manager-4471621/ |
