Job brief:
• The purpose of this role is to support the development of Job Descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and administer the annual salary review and implementation of company policies and programs.
• Conducts job analysis / and evaluations for new jobs created or for existing jobs that have been restructured in order to gather relevant information
• Expertise in Org design
• JD drafting and evaluation expertise is key
• Excellent excel skill with enhanced data analysis experience
• Previous participation with businesses in revision, consolidation and/or merger of department / functions would be a mandatory requirement.
