Ready for a career in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Acquisition? Our is hiring an Assistant with opportunities to grow into a mature and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our client is an investment company that works on agricultural regional and international projects and with this plays a role in the food security plan of Abu Dhabi and UAE. The new to hire Talent Acquisition Assistant will be supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, in all the tasks at hand.

what we offer

First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary depending on your experience and qualifications! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Lastly, you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

You have just started your career in Talent Acquisition and are ready to learn more about this HR area by supporting the team responsible for recruitment & selection, onboarding, responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle and retaining of new talent.

Your role is to support the team that is responsible for human resources planning & identifying appropriate candidates for closing positions with specific skill sets.

Conduct screening calls and provide step by step feedback;
Prepare a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates;
Support with annual workforce planning with all hiring management;
Support with annual recruitment budget preparation and management;
Engage with all recruitment partners, such as external recruitment agencies and assessment parties;

المهارات
skills & competencies:

Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment;
Knowledge of recruitment, selection, manpower planning, skills assessment and talent acquisition.

education & qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent;CIPD/SHM certified is an advantage;
Junior experience 2-3 years in-house talent acquisition in or outside UAE.
