Serve as the Office Manager
Communicate with the Parent Company
Coordinate Meetings
Coordinate Logistics for events and visits
Manager Travel
Manage Correspondence internally and externally
Prepare all the admin documents/ correspondence related to a project such as but not limited to:
Prepare Commercial and Technical Proposals
Prepare Purchase Orders and track until the delivery of the products to the end-user
Prepare Delivery Note and Commercial Invoice
Prepare Sample Request
Prepare Arabic and or English correspondence
Translate documents from Arabic to English or vice versa
Track administrative documents and actions related to ongoing projects
Maintain Project database
Maintain and Updating Weekly and Monthly Reports
Record and File all incoming and outgoing documents
Coordinate with suppliers via email to verify RFQ information such as delivery date, delivery term, technical specification, etc.
Support the project executive by research for technical specs, update on the progress of the ongoing project and update them on their daily task.
Maintain and track samples

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Possess an intermediate knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office) and administrative techniques
Write clearly, concisely and effectively
