Testing of cement samples, reporting the results as per quality plan on daily basis to satisfy all mandatory requirements concerning standards to ensure product quality and the continuity of quality certification..
Prepare and testing of raw materials Clinker, Slag, Gypsum & Limestone, Finished products Cement & GGBFS both grinding and packing/dispatch samples as per plan to ensure product conforming to external and internal set standards for certification.
Preparation and testing of cement samples in concrete mode for cross checking cement strength as per ASTM/EN/BS standards.
Testing special samples, external samples as and when required for comparison with that of competitors in order to maintain competitive edge.
Maintaining and up keeping of Physical and concrete laboratory equipment in accurate and working condition to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment and its performance.
To keep record of data and document the results for effective coordination with Marketing and customer.
Assist Chemical analysis as and when required. Housekeeping of the work area and machinery.
المهارات
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Physical Tester in a Cement industry
Bachelor degree in Science
