Senior Project Engineer Required
• Senior Architectural or civil engineer ( more than 10 years’ experience )
• Survey job sites and coordinate with various sub-contractors on all aspects of the projects.
• Proven track record of customer services-oriented tenancy management experience
• Planning and quantity monitoring and controlling
• Experience of working on a mixture of projects, especially healthcare.
• Resolving problems and offering solutions that are important to the overall projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of HSE responsibilities.
• Demonstrate high-level English & Arabic written and interpersonal skills, to establish relationships with clients, suppliers and across the retail & commercial business.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Teamwork (Interpersonal skills): Ability to work within a multicultural team of all levels of the business
• Takes all steps necessary to complete tasks on time.
• Excel, words, Microsoft projects, and/or primavera
