Training Officer Supervisor for a leading Oil &Gas;company
Location: Abu Dhabi Office and Island/Offshore
• Leave Rotation: 150/30; Accommodation: Single Status provided as per company policy
• Food: Subsidized food provided; Medical: Health Insurance will be provided as per company policy
• Sponsorship: Contract Hire – Agency Sponsorship
• Contract Type: Labor Contract Limited as per new UAE Labor Law
• Manpower Supply Contract – yearly renewable
• Probation Period: 6-months
Note: All candidates should be available in UAE itself
Experience:
• Must have Minimum experience of 08 years in the oil/gas field.
• Knowledge of develop effective training programs for UAE Nationals staff at offshore.
• Evaluate and follow up with staff performance improvement, prepare report staff status regularly.
• Knowledge in preparation of tender package/ tendering, technical report/ correspondence.
• Literate to operate computer software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS-Power Point, MS-Excel/ Word, Primavera P6, etc.)
• Knowledge to implement HSE and Safety Regulation at construction site.
• Other Requirements: Good in English – Self Correspondence.
• Good knowledge of Contractor handling, tender documents etc
