Partner with the best
The Lab Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of engineers, test technicians, inspectors and logistic coordinators in the development, implementation and completion of testing requirements to meet our internal/external client’s needs. You will be responsible for: • Promoting testing excellence and efficiency gains in the support of product testing & qualification and issues resolution. • Estimating duration, resources requirements including roles and responsibilities for planned/scheduled tests. • Carrying our Pre-TRR and TRR for all scheduled tests. • Creating and maintaining the lab schedule. • Participating in internal and external audits. • Generating Purchase Order Requests for the lab’s material needs. • Supporting QMS Local Testing & Qualification Process and Procedure development. • Working closely with the Baker Hughes Engineering PL Managers and Businesses to determine prioritization of planned tests. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Testing & Qualification. • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a management/leadership role within testing and qualification environment. • Have a strong skillset within areas of project scheduling and project risk definition & remediation. • Have problem solving skills. • Demonstrate experience of managing projects and policies within a security or compliance environment.
