Urgently looking to hire an IT Service Management Officer with one of our client in Abu Dhabi for a 6 month extendable project, details as follows:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, ICT or related field
• COBIT - highly desirable
• ISO Certificate - desirable
• ITIL Intermediate (Mandatory)
Preferred Experience:
• 3-5 years in IT Service Management governance and compliance, including IT operations, service delivery, and service support.
• Experience in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as emerging methods like DevOps that are optimized for agility
