Social Media Community Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi
Ideal candidate:
• A strong understanding and passion for Social Media is fundamental with Community Management at the core
• Experience in social & community management coordinating, managing and responding across different social media platforms (email marketing, social media, social media groups and communities)
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Interest/Experience in HR is a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Social media community management
• Proficient in using analytics and social media tools
• A passion for all things Social Media
Responsibilities:
• Build a loyal community of freelancers on the platform, drive community engagement (emails, messengers, social media)
• Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (communities, competitors)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.
• Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the deadlines.
• Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions
• Publish digital content across different platforms and engage with the community there
• 2+ years of experience in Social media community management. proficient in using analytics and social media tools
• A passion for all things Social Media
