Hiring Development Manager for a reputed developer in Abu Dhabi.
Will work in Abu Dhabi, may need to travel
• Minimum experience of 10 years, experience with a developer or client representative is an advantage
• Architect or civil engineer
• Solid experience in design management, tendering, costing and budgeting, contract administration, and construction/project management.
• Experience in mix-use development, especially hospitality
• Good understanding of real estate life cycle from inception to completion
