We’re looking for a QMS Coordinator with the following qualifications, experience and competencies: (Please mention the position in the subject line when applying)
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• QMS/IMS Professional Certificate holders.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Competencies:
• EDMS, MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Communication skills.
• Organizational efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Problem solving skills.
Job function:
• Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures.
• Keeping accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Maintaining and updating the quality control manual and procedures.
• Participating in the training and development of employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Reviewing project documentation and reports related to quality control.
• Conducting Internal QMS Audits.
• Preparation of Quality Bulletin, Quality Blog etc.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents.
