Manage all activities in the Workshop and to maintain the garage in good condition.
Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the garage.
Maintain records of all garage activities in the system
Manage team of mechanics, supervisors, and service advisors.
Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.
Ensure that necessary spare parts, materials, and equipment are available.
Prioritise and delegate the work within the team.
المهارات
Should be having minimum 5 years of industry experience
Proven experience as a service advisor / technical manager / Maintenance Manager. Able to handle garage operations independently
Experience and knowledge in the heavy and light vehicles mechanical side
