Hiring Sales Coordinator – ABU DHABI
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Salary: 4000 – 4500 AED

Qualification:
• Female, any nationality
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing or building materials industry.
• Good communication and correspondence skills
• Computer literate with experience in SAP system is preferred.
• Ability to work well with a team and under pressure.
• Quick-learner, proactive, detailed-oriented, and result-driven
Major Responsibilities:
• Responsible in processing cash order, purchase order and order entry in SAP system
• Handles inquiries, submittals, quotation, and email correspondence.
• Manage and coordinate all the office work in Sales department
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide internal support to all sales personnel, gaining full working knowledge of internal processes.
• Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, and other related issues
• Maintains all company files and other important sales related documents.
