Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding certification matters.
Manage certification budgets and resources.
Conduct audits and assessments based on ISO standards requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely completion of certification activities.
Provide guidance and support to staff on certification-related issues.
Ensure that all certification activities are conducted in accordance with company policies.
Make business proposals for government entities.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
Competencies and Skills Required
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be able to create good presentations
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and team management skills
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Knowledge in ISO standards and auditing
Ability to work under pressure
English and Arabic languages are a must
Bachelor’s degree or higher is a must
