Business Planning Analyst

To conduct research and analysis and assistance in the preparation of the annual business plan for the departments under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, to provide views and list the value of the data to be able to take strategic and tactical decisions in line with the vision / mission of the Federal Authority for Electricity and Water.

 Undertake a business analysis for the benefit of the department and in accordance with the directives of the direct manager, through the collection and evaluation of data, and provide data reports on the performance of the business units to identify strengths and areas that need improvement or development.
 Monitor and follow up the performance of the department and the submission of comments to improve performance.
 Holding regular meetings with line managers to discuss current performance of departments and to clarify the obstacles that hinder the implementation of the plans.

Skills

Qualifications required:
• University degree in economics, or financial resources, or management or equivalent.

Experience required:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis function in the utilities sector or a related industrial sectors in the region.
