الوصف الوظيفي المهارات A key component of this role is to interface directly with main contractor to enable the collaborative collection, production, coordination and maintenance of data relating to the Client’s assets. This role will report to the Senior Design Manager of the project. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Influencing Main Contractors standards, methodology and procedures and BIM execution plan for the collection, production, coordination and maintenance of data relating to the Client’s assets. * Contractual and technical expertise on Building Information Modelling (BIM); Computer Aided Design (CAD); and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). * Increasing the quality of data collected and produced by the main contractor in order to reduce engineering risk, defects and construction waste. * To oversee the Main contractor’s implementation and configuration of a common data environment to enable the collaborative production and management of engineering design data. * Assessment / development of the capability and competence of Main contractor to meet / deliver the project’s BIM requirements. Required Skills * Specialist knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Integrated Project Delivery. * Specialist knowledge of the collaborative processes defined in BS1192 * Proficient knowledge of Engineering Content Management Systems (ECMS) e.g. Bentley ProjectWise and Autodesk Vault. * Working knowledge of data/information exchange protocols. * Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure principles. * Knowledge of Risk Management principles. * Required Experience * At least 5yrs تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/bim-manager-3807015/ |
