We have an exciting role “Field Supervisor (Beauty Division)” for a Multinational Company specialised in beauty and fashion in Dubai, UAE.

Handle monthly targetsRegular visits of point of sales (UAE market area)Ensure stock levels by working with Shop Managers and the Area ManagerMaintain a close working relationship with Shop Managers (KPI, new product launches, benchmark…)Write and send visit reports and monthly sales reports to managementCreate a monthly follow up of the sales performanceMotivate sales teams and make sure they achieve their targetsProvide training for new joiners and existing team (product information, brand sales techniques…)Make sure brand guidelines are being followedWork with the Area Manager to follow up on results of events/ launches/ salesRecruit, train and motivate the promoters

Candidate must have a Masters degreeExperience in operational marketing/ salesExcellent knowledge in Microsoft OfficeExcellent Communication skills and level headedResult oriented and thrive for new challengesAbility to train and motivate a teamDynamic personality and excellent analytical skills
