As the Operations Analyst you will be a key member of the operations team supporting them in data management activities, client reporting and problem resolution; you will also be working closely with customer support and various other operational teams to ensure the integrity of data systems.

Description
Identify requirements by interviewing customers, analysing operations, determining project/function scopes and documenting resultsDevelop problem solutions using work flow charts and diagrams which effectively describe project/functional requirements, analyse alternative solutionsPrepare system specifications and write programs for ERP implementationDevelop estimates by identifying phases, elements, EMV requirements and costsProvide references for customers by writing documentation and providing required supportPrepare reports by collating, analysing and summarising informationMaintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications, establishing personal networks and bench marking state-of-the-art industry best practicesAssist with new business processes by working in sync with procurement, finance and business managers

Profile
At least 5 years of experience in an operations monitoring role or as an operations analyst working as a part of a broader operations teamA Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldExcellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong stakeholder management capabilitiesMust have strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)Ability to work alone with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
