Our client is a leading family business in Dubai, operating in the field of building materials seeking to recruit a “Sales Executive’’ to support & develop UAE market. The position will be reporting to the Project Director.

*Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options with the developers establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions*Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements*Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors*Present, promote and sell products directly to developers*Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships *Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction*Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends *Candidate must have experience in vinyl flooringHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales *Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills *Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs*Outgoing and a go-getter with good communication skills*Preferably Arabic Speaker
