-Apply senior level knowledge and judgment for a discipline within a functional area or business unit.
-Manage a range of tenders and projects across all projects department and supporting the SVP and other business lines within the organization.
-Anticipate future business needs, plan for resources, and ensure teams are focused and aligned on key objectives to advance the company and deliver results.
-Takes accountability for results and proactively addresses any unintended consequences.
-Act as Tender Director (Architecture), directing the review and approval of complex, technical and commercial proposals involving multiple disciplines.
-Prepare relevant internal tender documents for RFP’s and provide leadership and direction on pricing/Tender strategies including Value -Engineering assessments.
-Work closely with the appointed consultants to deliver high quality design product in a timely manner.
-Mentor, challenge and grow staff to create a high level of creativity and enthusiasm.
-Bring a strong creative flair to organization’s Design Team.
-Support the urban planning, master planning and landscape design teams in the production of conceptual and detailed designs and associated contract drawings, presentation drawings, schedules and specifications for landscape and urban development schemes for Projects.
-Estimates project(s) needs, schedules and manage CAD Technicians and other Technical Staff.
-Assist the Quantity Surveyor department for the preparation of Preliminary cost estimates.
المهارات
-Bachelors in Science – Architecture
-Professional accreditation license
-Member of a recognized professional body (RIBA Preferred)
-15+ year’s relevant experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary Architectural environment.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other presentation software
-Expert in using Revit, CAD, In-design, Sketch-up and other graphical soft-wares (experience in Rhino is preferred)
-Extensive experience in the management of -projects from concept development to completion.
-Strong design/design management skills with ability to work from broad scale master planning to detailed landscape design.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
