• Should have experience in fit out contracting and interior designing field
• Should have knowledge about Auto CAD drawings
• Should have experience in Upholstery, Carpentry and painting
• Well versed with metal knowledge
• Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration for Civil Contracting, Fitout, and Interior FF& E works/projects.
• Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
• Sending enquirers and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and bid price
• Quantity take-off
• Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
