To manage the entire outlet operations to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Sets business targets and objectives for operations division.
Formulates policies and procedures for operations and define Business strategy.
Does pricing of merchandise and services in accordance with the pricing and strategy to generate budgeted profits.
Evaluates the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, manpower to generate budgeted level of business and profitability.
Establishes and monitors inventory holding and replenishment processes to ensure all time availability of the merchandise.
Leads, motivates and trains the people to achieve the business objective effectively.
Establishes and monitor the distribution channel to reach merchandise to all sales points timely safe and systematic / hassle free manner.
Drives sales within store locations and monitors sales achieved versus target to proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure the set targets are achieved.
Clearly communicates store and company objectives so both management and employees are well informed.
Ensures store visual standards are maintained and customer service standards are met or exceeded.
Responsible to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
Ensure compliance and suggest improvements in policies and procedures and improve business processes and systems within one’s area of control.
