JOB PURPOSE Identify and attract competent Information Security Professionals. Manage the employee Life Cycle efficiently and effectively. Key Roles / Responsibilities: Build & develop talent pool for future ventures - Identify future talent needs; develop talent pool. Conduct all new-hire orientations. Review timesheets, verify attendance and Process payroll Support HR team in workforce development initiatives, recruitment, training initiatives, CSR and other engagement initiatives in compliance with legal requirements. Skills Required: Ability to maintain employee confidentiality, multitask and work with minimal supervision with attention to detail. IT Skills – Proficiency in MS office tools (Advanced skills in MS word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is mandatory) The candidate should be proactive and capable of driving execution. Work Environment & Most frequent contacts The function will report to HR Head and will have a close working relationship with all Business Unit Heads & employees |
