الوصف الوظيفي
Assist the Engineering & Maintenance Manager in carrying out the maintenance function.
Specific expertise on Oil Storage Tank Terminal’s E&I;design, infrastructure and maintenance.
Implement maintenance programs on but not limited to rotating equipment, motors & VFDs, transformers, switch gears, DG Power generation system, Lighting system, Cathodic Protection, Earthing system, CCTV system, UPS systems, Distribution Boards, Junction Boxes, Valve Actuators, Tank Gauging Systems, SCADA as defined, to achieve the goal of optimum maintenance and maximum reliability.
Assist the Engineering & Maintenance Manager in developing Management reports, Project Plans, Design Reviews, Project Control & Monitoring, Project Cost estimations.
Prepare and execute Budget Utilization plans aligned with department’s Objectives.

المهارات
Experience of testing High, Medium and Low voltage electrical power equipment.
Knowledge of Circuit Breakers - LV/MV/HV, Transformers, Switchgear, Motors & VFDs, PT’s, CCTV’s and Fire alarms and fire extinguishing system, UPS Systems, Battery Chargers and Generators.
Must be competent in both 3 phase and 1 phase electrical wiring and components.
Knowledge of Hazardous Area classifications and Ex proof rated components.
Knowledge of Terminal SCADA. Must be able to understand the programs and perform basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge of safety standards and high degree of safety awareness.
Knowledge of IMS / Quality systems and standards.
