Manage security operations across multiple locations.
Managing the performance of service providers and coordinate with various security vendors.
Support and maintain the security systems in conjunction with the hard and soft services team.
Manage the performance of service providers.
Review the current security operations, identify gaps and propose resolutions
Conduct site visits and inspections on security services across client locations.
Development of Security process and procedures in line with client operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with local authorities’ requirements.
Review the current CCTV system and propose any operational enhancements.
Should have sound knowledge of access control systems and their application. Should be able to manage and create access control reports.
Provide sound technical solutions and recommendations to meet general services division operational activities
Evaluate security team members’ capabilities and identify the required training.
Coordinate with client internal departments and stakeholders.
Preparing reports as per client requirements.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications:
BSc degree in a relevant field.
Excellent understanding of security systems.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing security operations.
Experience working on the client-side will is preferred.
Handling multiple locations, including accommodations, will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to run different reports as required.
