We have a requirement for Superstar Sous Chefs with below qualifications to join us on a freelance basis for projects KSA (Saudi):

Candidates should possess the following;

· With at least 5-10 years’ experience as Sous Chef in any high end and reputable hotels.

· Must be based in KSA and able to travel for work to Riyadh

· Good knowledge and hands-on preparation of International, Indian and Arabic Cuisine.

· Creativeness, innovation and resourcefulness are essential qualities for this position.

· Ability to focus on key objectives and work within specific time frames and can work gracefully even under pressure.

· With excellent English communication skills and has the ability to interconnect with other employees across the organization. And proficient in handling presentations.

· Degree in culinary arts or a related field preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of food sanitation, safety, and food service operations

· Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.

· Have a creative and imaginative way of thinking.
