-Procedural compliance.
-Ensure continuous provision of effective Rescue and Fire Fighting Service, to a level commensurate with operations within the AOM.
-Introduce and maintain a level of resources appropriate to those identified in the AOM.
-Ensure all personnel are role competent and that appropriate records are kept, which provide continuous evidence of their progressive levels of development and competency. Set up basic entry standards for staff recruits.
-Determine, communicate, and ensure that clearly defined roles accountabilities are both understood and adhered to by all personnel.
-Introduce and maintain a system of reporting and record keeping which identifies standards of proficiency and safety and through monitoring and reviewing over comes any area of deficiency found.
-Establish clear defined lines of communication between all departments and assisting internal/external services.
-Review and amend procedure and documents
-Ensure the effective continuation of resource are available in accordance with scale and standards provided within the UAE and ICAO.
-Ensure safety of all staff by the maintenance and introduction of the proper procedures.
