Requirements:
• Have Sales and Negotiation skills
• Have UAE driving license
• Preferably have own car
• Available in UAE and ready to join immediately
• Work to be assigned in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Speed response to all Job-In Hand &Tender;inquiries
• Study and evaluate drawings (AutoCAD & PDF) related to inquiries
• Site Inspection and quantity surveying
• Arrange breakdown considering savings for WEM
• Cost control management
• Resources management
• Customize new methodology and solutions for every project
• Deal with sub-contractors
• Preparation of quotation
• Preparation of BOQ, if required
• 3D presentations for big projects
• Sales presentation for contractors and sub-contractors
• Attend technical meetings
• Preparation of site documentations such as Method Statement, Risk Assessment,
• Safety requirements, etc.
• Follow up and coordination of site executions
• Preparation of work Certificate and BOQ for billing
• Invoice submissions and cheque collection
