Job Purpose:
The Pro technician must have the ability to perform periodic maintenance, which comprises of 60% of the current business requirements. In addition he diagnosis minor customer concerns using Toyota diagnostic equipments and tools.
Job Description:
Achieve 120% of overall productivity target set by management
Achieve set sold hours target by performing Periodic Maintenance with General Repair jobs
Ensure 100% compliance with 5S and Health & Safety Work Procedures
Ensure 100% quality in Electronic Vehicle Health Check reporting
Ensure 100% compliance with Fix It Right (FIR) Process and achieve FIR target
Identifies the customers’ requests, analyses them with the Team Leader and refines the diagnostic process.
Communicates with the team leader to check results of his work and to ask for his help or assistance.
Masters the various repair techniques uses the documentation as necessary and sharing his knowledge with Technicians.
Observes the work time set by the Team leader and job controller
Learn by on the job training

Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma Technical certification, ITI (Industrial Training Institute NCVT Certificate) or ITC
Minimum Experience:
2 to 3 years’ experience as Diagnostic Technician, preference to Diagnostic Technician role.
Added value -having valid UAE driving license
Job-Specific Skills:
Manual dexterity, technical and mechanical skill
Know correct technical names of parts and components. Relates and communicates well with other staff
Self-presentation should be impressive Ie. Clean uniform every morning, well-groomed etc. To impart good image of company to customer.
Conversant English.
