Sales Management :
• Achieve Individual business plan, unit sales, model mix and revenue as per budget and exceeded.
• Ensuring efficient Sales Forecast & Reservation management.
• Ensure proper prospecting and market coverage for development of new & existing SME clients that meet the set KPI’s (visits, closing ratio, etc.)
• Evaluate existing business relationships, prioritize and develop exclusive action plans to suit the unique requirements of each SME and thereby focus on growing and developing existing accounts.
• Monitors SME preferences, analyze lost sales, and sales trend to determine areas of improvement.
• Ensure incremental Nissan’s share in each SME total fleet Units in Operation (UIO) and its fleet life cycles.
• Negotiation and closing of deals with SME’s as well as with New Customers.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate/up-to-date SME customer profile.
• Play a lead role & have proactive approach in the cross functional activities among related departments sales, Service, Parts, Finance, etc., for each SME customer.
• Maintain a strong and continuous relationship with the SME’s on different levels with focus on decision maker level to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings.
CS Management Role :
• Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the SME customers to build strong image of Nissan Brand.
• Implement best practices by bench marking along with competitor best Fleet practices.
Administration Role :
• Submit all reports on time to the Manager.
• Provide support to the Manager in areas of Market Intelligence, competitor’s quotation copies, Logistics and Order Management.
• Preparation of various reports as per Management requirements.
Finance/ Risk Management Role :
• Ensure bank documents for self are submitted on time.
• Follow-up with the banks to ensure the payments are received on time, if any issue or not required.
• Maintain proper control of Custom papers & Traffic Letters which are under your custody.
• Ensure Cheque clearance prior to release of customer registration papers, vehicle registration and delivery of vehicles.
Marketing and Communication Role :
• Keep an update of current market activities of competitors.
• To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership’s range of cars and commercial vehicles.
• Perform local fleet PR activities; develop rapport with SME customers to promote fleet sales to them and maintain the AWR/AAC image to the customer.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop & implement advertising campaigns & promotions for Fleet SME activities.
Learning & Development Role :
• Ensure that all the team members have adequate knowledge & skills to perform their jobs.
People Management/Development :
• Creates a positive atmosphere to enhance productivity and motivation.
• Guide all the new FSE and develop/encourage positive attitude towards the organization & Brand
Process Compliance Role :
Ensure compliance to following.
ISO, SOP, GIA Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
*
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferable.
• 2-3 years Fleet Market experience in automotive sales preferably in a supervisory role.
• Postgraduate qualification/ additional courses in Management will be an added advantage
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
