Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Chief Steward.
The ideal candidate must be in UAE.
Requirements;
• Monitor the day today working schedule.
• Ensures the necessary availability of all kitchen and service equipment by effective planning, maintenance, receiving, storing and issuing.
• Ensuring the achievement of organizational standards in hygienic, cleanliness and safety in all F&B;areas and for all F&B;equipment as per HACCP standards.
• In order to be considered for this role you should hold a recognized hotel diploma and at least 1 year experience working in the same position within 4/5* hotel.
• It is also essential that you have a good command of the English language (verbal and written) and knowledge.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• HACCP certified.
