الوصف الوظيفي RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working with finance team to compile and present reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements. - Managing entire on mountain team of up to 60 employees. - Managing colleagues, workloads, and deadlines. - Produce and review staff / product / policy documents. - Preparation and management of staffing roster. - Financial forecasting and risk analysis. - Meeting and working with clients. - Driving business and developing strategies for further promotion and revenue increase of products and business units. - Collaborating with different departments to ensure unity in direction and operations. - Helping manage trip schedules, operations, and large groups. - Optimizing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality of product and amazing customer experience. - Internal auditing and reviews of financial and operational practices. - Responsible for ensuring the safety of the employees and customers on the products. - Perform additional duties YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: - Must have 2-3 years of experience in adventure facilities in the UAE. - Must have minimum of 5 year experience upper management positions.
