Job Description JOB DETAILS Job Title:Analytics Manager Reports to:Head of Analytics Department:Group Real Estate - Human Resources Location:Dubai Grade:G JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to fulfil monthly, quarter, yearly and ad-hoc insights requirements of Regional HR teams. Collect data, process, maintain/develop HR database, prepare reports, analyse trends, highlight challenges & insights and share timely information with the stakeholders in real estate division (Malls, Mixed Use, Engineering & Technologies and Construction). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Management Reporting Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of regular reporting to different business functions using Tableau/Power BI, PowerPoint etc. This includes development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing based on business need Outsource Manpower Cost (Malls) Responsible to collate the information received from multiple outsource vendors and perform detailed analysis on the manpower cost spent and headcount. Share monthly analysis & key findings on over/under spend Data Analysis Responsible for performing detailed data analysis to answer complex business problems. This requires a strong ability of understanding business processes, stakeholders’ information need and then applying data analysis techniques to recommend possible outcomes. Manpower Planning Support Analytics Team & HRBPs in annual manpower budgeting and quarterly forecast process. Automation In order to derive efficiency, the role will be responsible for designing, developing and automating dashboards and applications, promoting self-service and keeping consistency, accuracy, and completeness with articulated data standards. Be part of other automation projects to gain efficiency. Presentation of Data: Create engaging presentation reflecting data both electronically and in person to clearly articulates findings, analysis, assumptions or reflect on suggestions that can influence decisions or be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder Division & Group Support Support in consolidation of all group related data requests from HRBPs within all functions in reals estate QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, MIS or other Business & IT related disciplines Minimum Experience & Job-Specific skills: 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or other quantitative disciplines within a high performing business Achievement Orientated, strategic thinking skills, solution orientated and team player We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
