Translates the strategy into the design talent processes in alignment with the overall Farah Strategy and ensure alignment of goals, resource management, decision making, and buy-in across interdependent teams. Defines and develops future talent management initiatives and guides & leads the implementation of talent programs and processes.
Identifies and address critical gaps in processes, systems, talent management tools, methodologies, and principles. Drives the design and implementation of tools to improve the way we manage our talent. Exchanges information with the stakeholders in the business on organizational diagnostics, analysis, interpretation, and presentation techniques to develop integrated talent plans.
Leads the team to establish a consistent environment on interpreting data, helping the businesses identify opportunities on the relevant time spent database and be able to point out opportunities for improvement.
Elicit feedback regarding the effectiveness of activities provided to the business through the talent management departments and propose changes accordingly. Ensures that current and future business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of talent management strategies or plans and that all projects and deliverables are aligned with the creation of HR people plans.
Supports larger HR initiatives by ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services.
Essential for the role:
10+ years of experience in a Talent Management, HR or a similar function required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related degree
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Excellent communication & analytical skills

Planning and executing of strategic plans
Financial management skills (e.g., ability to analyze, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning)

Ability to navigate a busy and challenging environment
Strong presentation skills in both public speaking and PowerPoint format
Solid attention to detail
Analytical in thinking and able to manipulate data in Excel
Desirable for the role:
5+ years in a Senior HR Leadership role
Masters or Post Graduate Degree in HR
CIPD qualified
Project Management experience
Metrics reporting and analysis knowledge
Fluent Arabic – Spoken and written
