We are looking for a Purchasing Manager with Catering/Hotel background to work for our client in Abu Dhabi
Job Requirements:
• Must have work minimum 5 years in Catering company or Hotel in UAE/GCC
• Must have strong personality
• Must have excellent negotiations skills
• Must have experience in establishing an entirely new purchasing division
• Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
• Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts
• Stays updated with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation
• Salary AED15,000 to AED20,000 (all inclusive)
