We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Office Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of office related tasks such as cleaning, making coffee and tea, the ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in a similar role and an acceptable level of English.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the office
• Maintain office equipment and supplies, including photocopiers, printers and stationery.
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea to office staff and guests.
• Provide assistance to other office staff as required, including photocopying, filing and archiving
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of office supplies and report stock-outs to management
• Report any equipment or facility problems to management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar position
• Acceptable level of English language skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Location Abu Dhabi
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Good time management
