Hiring Talent Acquisition officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to making offers.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify top talent from diverse channels.
• Managing communication with job candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (in constructions preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
